We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How should I care for my by Parra apparel?
To preserve the quality and vibrant colors of our custom silkscreened graphics, we recommend washing garments inside out on a cold cycle and hanging them to air dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed areas.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
